A paperless office is what the RKT aims to achieve in the long run, to increase productivity and to introduce faster and more efficient working practices. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to implement automated procedures and systems throughout the airport. Development of an open network has already reduced the volume of paper work substantially, as reports are now sent using Microsoft Outlook. To date, the network covers senior management, finance, human resources, administration, operations and inventory control.
