A three-to-six-month training term to gain basic knowledge and experience in your field of study; it can count towards a university graduation requirement.
A six-month to one-year full-time on-the-job programme across departments such as IT, Procurement, Finance, HR, Electronics, Projects & Engineering, Commercial, Ground Handling, Operations, Safety, Security, Quality and Cargo.
An intern’s performance is monitored throughout the programme by section managers through written reports and presentations, and on their ability to work individually and as part of a team. On completion, interns are evaluated by managers and HR - those with high competence and outstanding performance are considered for placement opportunities with RAK Airport.
